Leadership Council
The mission of the AALC is to empower African Americans in Primerica with leadership and resources to establish a legacy of financial independence through entrepreneurship. To qualify for the AALC, you must have cash flowed $200,000 in a 12-month period and be in good standing with the company. The Primerica African American Leadership Council was created to recognize and promote Primerica's leadership among African American representatives. Membership includes numerous activities for mentorship, networking and recognition.
